Shipment Processing

We are committed to process your order in 48 hours after the order has been placed. The shipment could be delayed due to shortage or stock, or other logistical challenge. We are committed to be as transparent as possible in our communication with customers to ensure good customer experience.

 

Shipment Processing With Items Not Immediately Available

We are committed to process your order in 48 hours after the item is available for shipment. The shipment could be delayed due to shortage or stock, or other logistical challenge. We are committed to be as transparent as possible in our communication with customers to ensure good customer experience. If your order contains pre-order/backorder items, we will ship the order when all of the items arrive in stock. If you would like to receive parts of the order with an early shipment, you can email us at support@downwaedkarma.com to request a partial shipment.

 

Changing and Cancelling Orders

Cancellation policy will vary depending on "days of purchase" of the products. For changing or cancelling the orders, please contact support@downwardkarma.com. Please note that change or cancellation of the Customer’s order may not be accepted in certain cases.

The order can be cancelled providing the products have not been boxed, serviced, or shipped. If products have been ordered with service options and the item has been serviced the order can not be cancelled at that time..

 

Cancelling Orders with In Stock Items

The Customer has 24 hours after the order has been placed to contact us and to ask for their order to be cancelled. The refunds for the cancellation will be subjected to our Refund Policy. 

 

* Please note that we will not be able to cancel your order after the order is confirmed to be shipped. We will have to follow the return procedure to get the item returned and refunded for the customer.

 

* Please note that changing and cancelling orders cannot be accepted when the same day shipping is specified.

Our product listing would clearly note if an item is on pre-order mode and an approximate shipping date has been added. The Customer can cancel the item before the shipping label is issued. Due to the variable in the exact shipping status for the order.  It is recommended that the customer reaches out to support@downwardkarma.com to confirm whether the cancellation is still allowed. The refunds for the cancellation will be subjected to our Refund Policy

Cancelling the Shipped Orders

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fee
